The marina is full of longtime boat owners who return year after year, and we are always glad to welcome new faces to the docks. Slips and Amenities by Size
Docks are available in a range of sizes, with amenities that grow with the slip. The full length of your boat must sit at least one foot shorter than the dock.
- 24 foot docks: Water
- 28 foot docks: Water and electric
- 32 foot and larger docks: Water, electric, and a dock box

How long is a summer lease?
Summer slips are leased for six months, from the beginning of May through the end of October, giving you a dedicated home for your boat all season.
What comes with my slip?
Every slip includes access to private, clean restrooms and showers, complimentary Wi-Fi and 24/7 live webcam access to monitor your boat.
Can I keep a personal watercraft here?
Often, yes. An additional PWC dock may be available with a deposit. Call Jill at (810) 622-9651 and we will let you know what is open.
